loose curtain poles drain smell

the location suited my needs. the bed was acceptable.

the room showed definite signs of wear the curtain poles were loose. a noticeable smell came from the drains. this was partly masked by a plastic lid of sorts.

convenient stay near king's cross

convenient location nearby places useful iron complimentary coffee

the hotel's location was convenient for accessing king's cross station. i found plenty of nearby places to eat and drink. the room included both an iron with an ironing board and a hairdryer for my convenience. i also used the provided water boiler with coffee (a very nice addition).

i noticed some dust on the surfaces of the room.

nearby, i found many places for breakfast and other meals. café 49 is one place i recommend trying for breakfast. it is within walking distance and has great coffee.

the staff was very helpful and allowed me to leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out. the person at the reception was lovely and really helpful. i received clear instructions on how to access the guesthouse.

underground station cozy room comfortable bed

the location is near underground stations and various restaurants. the room was well equipped and cozy. the bed was very comfortable.

the stairs are very narrow. it is hard to get large suitcases up them.

The room was clean. The double bed had soft bedding. Drink making facilities were available. A helpful receptionist checked on me regarding the stairs. I use a walking stick.

The room was a bit warm and I was not able to find a way of adjusting the heating.

Staff promptly placed my bags in my room when I arrived early, great. The reception offers assistance with directions and local attractions. The check out process involved leaving the key in the room.

Tea, coffee, and milk were all provided in the room . A kettle was available to make hot drinks anytime I wanted. I saw many restaurants and pubs around the hotel.

The hotel is close to the underground station. It made it easy to get around the city. My room included drink making facilities. I found this convenient.

The walls seemed thin , and I heard a lot of noise. Street noise was also loud at times. The shower turned icy cold while I was using it.

I found the location very convenient. It was only minutes from the station. Plenty of shops AND food places were nearby. The bed was comfy. i also appreciated the good shower, Nespresso machine, and fridge.
